Hiram Historical Society received a grant from the Maine State Archives to convert old VHS tapes to DVD. The first one is now for sale. Raymond Cotton's endearing and enduring film "Time Marches On", filmed between 1935 and 1939 - is now available on DVD.

Who can forget the newly founded Fire Dept. rolling out the new 1938 truck or the coon dog race or the charming elementary school skit "Over the Garden Wall" in which the kids dress as flowers to fight evil? This film features activities of Cotton’s Store, skiing, blueberry fields, and more.
